Rate Increase for Children's Out-of-Home Service Providers

Effective Jan. 1, 2022, the legislatively-approved rate for DDA community residential service providers will increase by 2%. This increase is based on the assessed or contracted rate which does not include the temporary rate increase. This includes contracted providers of Out-of-Home Services in:

Staffed Residential Homes- provider letter
Group Care Facilities for Medically Fragile Children- provider letter
Child Foster Homes- provider letter
