Field Services & Leadership Training Unit Manager
Located in Lacey, this position is responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of the DDA Field Services & Leadership Development Training Unit.
- Hiring, mentoring, coaching, instructing and supervising the work of four training program managers.
- Implementing and revising as necessary the statewide training plan.
- Supervising the management of the new DSHS Learning Management System for the administration.
- Developing, implementing and administering unit specific policies and procedures.

Case Resource Manager
Located in Southwest Washington, this position is responsible for:
- Identifying client support needs.
- Conducting annual assessments for individuals on their caseload.
- Reviewing client plans, reports and progress.
- Identifying clients or families in crisis and referring them to appropriate services.
