Dear Supported Living, Group Training Home, & Group Home Providers, Companion Homes and Alternative Living providers:
In accordance with the proclamation issued by the governor's office on August 9th, 2021, providers holding a supported living, group home, group training home, alternative living, or companion home contracts are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by October 18th, 2021.
DDA will offer a statewide webinar for providers to hear more information on this issue.

This mailbox has been set up to gather ongoing ideas, feedback, and creative solutions from providers and stakeholders to address emergent concerns (available until October 22, 2021) as we work together to serve our vulnerable population in a safe environment.
