COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements for Certified Community Residential Providers

On August 9, 2021, Gov. Jay Inslee issued a proclamation that requires most long-term care workers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The proclamation includes "settings where certified community residential services and supports are provided." This includes supported living, group homes, and group training homes.

The deadline for being fully vaccinated is October 18, 2021. Fully vaccinated means two weeks after your last vaccination.  A person must have had their last vaccination by October 4, 2021, to be considered fully vaccinated by the October 18 deadline.

The DOH Vaccine Locator can help you make an appointment or find a walk-in site to receive the vaccine.
