DDA Case Resource Manager
This position located in Tacoma, is responsible for:
- Identifying the support needs of clients
- Conducting an annual assessment with individuals on their caseload
- Reviewing and monitoring client plans, reports, and client progress
- Identifying clients or families in crisis and referring them to appropriate services

DDA Children's State Operated Living Alternatives program- Developmental Disabilities Administrator
This position located in Tacoma, is responsible for:
- Completing regular quality assurance visits to ensure participant care is provided in accordance with the Revised Code of Washington, Washington Administrative Code, DDA Policies, Residential Service Guidelines, and Guiding values
- Overseeing corrective action and follow up of any certification inspection and complaint investigation findings
- Reviewing participant files to assess for overall quality of documentation; identifying areas for improvement and creating systems for better service delivery

DDA Children's State Operated Living Alternatives Program- Attendant Counselor Manager
This position located in Tacoma, is responsible for:
- Directing employee activities to ensure that the health, safety and treatment needs of participants served are met
- Designing and directing the work activities of the Attendant Counselors
- Ensuring employees complete all mandatory training, assessments, and program documentation
- Providing orientation including shadow training, on-going training and direction to Attendant Counselors
