COVID-19 Homebound Vaccination Services
The Department of Health, Department of Social and Health Services and Health Care Authority, in coordination with local health jurisdictions and other partners, are collaborating to ensure all community members can access the COVID-19 vaccine. This includes persons unable to leave their homes. Work is already in progress in many communities with mobile teams to provide homebound vaccination services.
If you or someone you know is homebound and not able to get the COVID-19 vaccine, homebound vaccination services are available. The attached flyer contains contact information for homebound vaccination services.
For people experiencing barriers to getting the vaccine, use the survey link below to complete a registration form. This will link you to available county and/or state mobile vaccine teams who can provide or arrange homebound vaccination services. Survey link: https://redcap.link/WA_HomeBasedVax.
