The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 20-20-100 on Chapter 388-845 WAC

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is planning to amend chapter 388-845 WAC. Amending this chapter is necessary to align with waiver amendments approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The amendments will affect all five of DDA's Home and Community-Based Services waivers.
