The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Emergency rule adoption order (CR-103E)

WSR 20-20-068 on Chapter 388-845 WAC

The Department is enacting changes to Chapter 388-845 WAC on an emergency basis to align with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver amendments recently approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Enacting these changes on an emergency basis is necessary to ensure compliance with federal regulations to maintain federal funding for the state.

Effective: October 1, 2020
