The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is considering writing a new rule, WAC 388-845-2019, to make modifications to DDA’s home and community based services waivers in order to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to meet immediate health and safety needs. An emergency rule is currently in effect on this topic and was filed under WSR 20-14-101.
