Prepropoal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 20-14-099 on Chapters 388-829 and 388-829R WAC

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is planning to amend these rules to add overnight planned respite services providers to the scope of chapter 388-829 WAC, to correct and clarify terminology used in chapter 388-829R WAC, and to add a new section to chapter 388-829R about client rights.

Emergency rule adoption order (CR-103E)

WSR 20-14-101 on WAC 388-845-2019

The Department is enacting WAC 388-845-2019 on an emergency basis to make temporary modifications to DDA's home and community based services waivers in order to control the spread of COVID-19 and to meet immediate health and safety needs. 

Effective: June 30, 2020
