Do you need support due to stress from COVID-19? Call Washington Listens

Washington Listens is a program that provides non-clinical support to people experiencing elevated stress due to COVID-19.

Part of the program is a call-in line where people can speak to a support specialist and receive information and connection to community resources in their area. The program is anonymous and no identifying information is maintained.

Washington Listens staff will receive basic training to provide support to individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Providers and tribes supporting the program include:

  • Crisis Connections
  • Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS)
  • American Indian Community Center (AICC)
  • Swinomish Tribe
  • Colville Tribe
  • Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH)
  • Okanogan Behavioral HealthCare (OBHC)
