The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 20-12-096 on June 2, 2020

DDA is planning to amend WAC 388-101D-0125, 388-101D-0130, 388-101D-0695, 388-823-1095, 388-829A-130, 388-829C-100, and other rules as may be required. These amendments are necessary to implement Second Substitute House Bill 1651 (2019), which is related to the rights of clients of DDA.
