To DSHS Providers:

The message below will be posted as a ProviderOne alert:

If you attempted to submit your claims between Saturday April 25, 2020 and Tuesday May 5, 2020 but they were denied because the date range did not split into service lines for EACH date of service, you can either resubmit the denied claims or submit new claims.

The issue that prevented your claims from splitting into individual dates of service has been resolved. If you have been affected by this and you have any questions contact the Medical Assistance Customer Service Center (MACSC) at 1-800-562-3022.
