DSHS Employment Pipeline

Developmental Disabilities Administration

May 4, 2020

The Employment Pipeline can connect job seekers to employers.

The Employment Pipeline is a voluntary program designed to help Department of Social and Health Services customers find and keep gainful employment. DSHS helps our customers access education, employment and training services that are provided by our workforce development partners.

Their Navigators will assist with the resources/people and systems that make sense. They can also leverage other workforce development partnerships as needed to find candidates.

To help ensure success, navigators also stay in touch with participants for one year after becoming employed, assisting with any needs that may arise. Employment Pipeline is offered regionally in select counties at this time.
