The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 20-09-150 on April 22, 2020

DDA is planning to amend Chapter 388-826 WAC to align with recent amendments to chapter 74.13 RCW regarding "out-of-home services," currently referred to as "voluntary placement services" in chapter 388-826 WAC.
