Proposed rulemaking (CR-102)

WSR 19-21-115 on WAC 388-826-0075, 388-826-0090, 388-826-0095, 388-826-0096, 388-826-0097, 388-826-0098

Proposed changes amend, repeal, and add new sections to chapter 388-826 WAC. These amendments are necessary to align the calculation of client participation for voluntary placement services clients with that of other waiver participants. Proposed amendments also clarify parent and guardian responsibilities, and require clients receiving voluntary placement services in a child foster home to pay a fixed monthly rate known as "basic expenses."
