Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 19-19-040 on Chapter 388-829A WAC

DDA is considering amending chapter 388-829A WAC to add certification and evaluation processes. During the course of this review, DDA may make additional changes necessary to improve clarity or update policy.

Rule adoption order (CR-103P)

WSR 19-19-061 on WAC 388-823-0500

This amended rule expands the list of professionals from whom DDA accepts a diagnosis of autism. Amendments add licensed physicians associated with an autism center, developmental center, or center of excellence, as well as advanced registered nurse practitioners associated with a center of excellence.
