WSR 19-16-101 on Chapter 388-829R WAC

DDA is considering amending this chapter to establish certification and evaluation processes for overnight planned respite services. 

Proposed rulemaking (CR-102)

WSR 19-16-132 on WAC 388-823-0500

Proposed amendments to this rule expand the list of professionals from whom DDA accepts a diagnosis of autism. The amendments add licensed physicians associated with an autism center, developmental center, or center of excellence, as well as ARNPs associated with a center of excellence.
