Rule adoption order (CR-103P)

WSR 19-14-119 on WAC 388-823-0770, -1010, -1015

These amended rules increase the amount of time an assessment may be used as evidence of developmental delay, clarifies for internal DDA eligibility workers when an eligibility review is required for clients who are 19 years old, and clarifies the definition of a DDA-paid service.

Effective: August 3, 2019

WSR 19-15-008 on WAC 388-828-9360

This amended rule allows short-term employment support to be authorized for a maximum of six months at a time rather than three months at a time.
