Rulemaking notices filed in the Washington State Register

The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 19-14-059 on WAC 388-101D-0355, 388-101D-0405, 388-101D-0410

DDA is considering amending these rules to add instances when a service provider must develop and implement a functional assessment or positive behavior support plan.

WSR 19-14-057 on WAC 388-845-1190, 388-845-1191, 388-845-1192

DDA is considering amending these rules to align them with the Individual and Family Services (IFS) waiver renewals currently under review by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
