Dear Enhanced Respite providers,
The 2019-21 biennial budget passed by the Legislature authorizes a rate increase for Enhanced Respite Service providers effective July 1, 2019. Based upon the type of setting in which services are provided, the new reimbursement rate is outlined in the table below.

The reimbursement for services provided are outlined in the Considerations section of your 1792XS-12 contract. Your contract end date matches the end date of your current staffed residential home license. Due to the fact that your current contract allows the rates to be adjusted accordingly when there is a legislative rate change, it is not necessary for a new contract to be executed at this time.
