To all ProviderOne users:
In observance of Independence Day, state government offices will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019. As a result, provider payments for the weeks of June 24, and July 1, 2019 will be impacted.
Provider payments for the week of June 24, 2019 will be made Thursday, June 27, 2019, including Remittance Advices (RAs) and HIPAA 835 remittance files.
Claim submission deadlines are earlier than usual to ensure providers can receive payment and RA documents on Thursday, June 27, 2019.
- The deadline for submitting claims to ProviderOne for payment is Monday, June 24, 2019, 4 p.m.
- The deadline for submitting pharmacy claims to the Point of Sale (POS) for payment is Sunday June 23, 2019, 4 p.m.
Provider payments for the week of June 30, 2019 will be made on Monday, July 8, 2019, including RAs and HIPAA 835 remittance files.
Claim submission deadlines will not change the week of June 30, 2019.
- The deadline for submitting claims to ProviderOne for payment is Monday, July 1, 2019, 4 p.m.
- The deadline for submitting pharmacy claims to the Point of Sale (POS) for payment is Sunday, June 30, 2019, 4 p.m.
