The Complaint Resolution Unit toll-free abuse reporting hotline for Residential Care Services has recently experienced intermittent outages. They are working to mitigate any further problems and encourage you to make your report online.
If online reporting is not an option and you are making a report via the hotline, please save the confirmation number provided at the end of the call. In the event you request a callback and do not receive one, follow up by email at CRU@dshs.wa.gov and include the confirmation number.
