Dear DDA Stakeholder:
DSHS' Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) posted proposed amendments to its five Home and Community Based Services waivers for public comment from January 16 to February 16, 2019. DDA received numerous public comments.
DDA is delaying submission of these waiver amendments while DDA and the Health Care Authority continue their review of the comments. If there are any significant changes to the waiver amendments based on public comments, these waiver amendments will be posted for public comment before submission to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and stakeholders will have an opportunity to comment.
