Rulemaking notices filed in the Washington State Register

The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Rule adoption order (CR-103P)

WSR 19-06-053 on WAC 388-828-9310, 388-828-9330, 388-828-9335, 388-828-9350, and 388-845-2100

These amendments align with waivers approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and make changes requested by Disability Rights Washin "community access" with the service's new name, "community inclusion,"

Effective Date: April 4, 2019
