The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.  

Preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101)

WSR 19-06-046 on WAC 388-826-0090 and 388-826-0095

DDA is considering creating new sections and amending or repealing sections in chapter 388-826 WAC necessary to clarify room and board requirements and other client payment responsibilities for clients receiving voluntary placement services.

Proposed rulemaking (CR-102)

WSR 19-05-043 on WAC 388-101D-0025 and 388-101D-0120

DDA is amending these rules to remove requirements for residential service providers to schedule within contracted hours and obtain approval of staff coverage schedules. These administrative activities are no longer necessary as part of the tiered rates system.
