DSHS’ Developmental Disabilities Administration housing specialists have been searching housing options for clients moving into expanded state-run programs in the community. Sometimes housing options do not meet specific client needs, but the landlords are willing to partner to serve individuals with developmental disabilities. We thought we would pass along those connections to you!
We created a map to see basic information about available homes and the owner/landlord contact information. We will remove homes after 90 days. If you rent one of the homes listed, please let us know so we can update the map.

Here’s how to get started:
- Go to the map.
- When asked for a log in, use the following credentials:
- SLHousing@dshs.wa.gov (email)
- Housing12345! (password)
- Zoom in and out searching each area of interest, then click on each bright red home for details.
- Contact the landlord/owner/agent directly using the information provided.
- Log out when you are done searching.
