The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Proposed rulemaking (CR-102)

WSR 19-01-063 on WAC 388-828-9310, 388-828-9330, 388-828-9335, 388-828-9350, and 388-845-2100

The department is proposing amendments to these rules to make changes requested by stakeholders and to align with waiver amendments approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
