Rulemaking notices filed in the Washington State Register 

The following rulemaking notice has been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.  

Proposed rulemaking (CR-102)

WSR 18-24-117 on WAC 388-845-1615

The department is proposing amendments to this rule to require home care agencies to be contracted with the Area Agencies on Aging. 

Hearing Date: January 8, 2019

 

Emergency rule (CR-103E)

WSR 19-01-037 on WAC 388-825-091 and WAC 388-837-9010

The department is amending these rules to correctly reflect federal ICF/IID eligibility requirements.  

Effective Date: December 13, 2018
