The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Rulemaking orders (CR-103P)

WSR 18-23-101 on new sections in Chapter 388-101D WAC

The Department added new rules to chapter 388-101D WAC to establish requirements for DDA-contracted group training homes.

Effective date: January 1, 2019
