E. coli Outbreak Linked to Romaine Lettuce

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a food safety alert concerning romaine lettuce. The CDC is advising that U.S. consumers not eat any romaine lettuce until they learn more about the outbreak. They are also advising that romaine lettuce not be served or sold until more is learned.
