E. coli Outbreak Linked to Romaine Lettuce

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued a food safety alert concerning romaine lettuce.  The CDC is advising that U.S. consumers not eat any romaine lettuce until they learn more about the outbreak.
