Rulemaking notices filed in the Washington State Register

The following rulemaking notices have been filed with the Office of the Code Reviser and will appear in the Washington State Register.

Rulemaking orders (CR-103P)

WSR 18-22-106 on Chapter 388-829C WAC

The Department amended rules in chapter 388-829C WAC to make several updates to how residential habilitation services are delivered in a companion home setting.

Effective date: December 7, 2018

WSR 18-23-004 on Chapter 388-826 WAC and WAC 388-845-1515

The Department amended rules in chapter 388-826 WAC and WAC 388-845-1515 to update program requirements, clarify training requirements, and simplify program eligibility.

Effective date: December 8, 2018
