Dear Licensed Staffed Residential Provider,
The Children’s Voluntary Placement Services in a Licensed Staffed
Residential Facility contract was amended to reflect the following changes:
- Adds language-training requirements per Chapter 388-829 WAC
- Updates the Definition section
- Clarifies requirements outlined in the Statement of Work
- Adds references to accessing client benefits through WA Apple Health
- Incorporates 30-day written notice requirement when terminating services
- Updates ProviderOne billing language
Your resource manager will work with you to review the new contract template and begin the contract
renewal process.
