Dear Supported Living, Group Home and Group Training Home
providers,
July 1, 2018, a one-dollar increase to the hourly rate for
residential providers went into effect. We continue working to add this
increase to the automated-rate system and it is taking longer than
anticipated. We hope to have this resolved next week.
In the meantime:
- If possible, wait to claim in
ProviderOne until this is resolved.
- If claiming now, you will
receive the old rate, which will result in an underpayment. You will need
to adjust your claim when the new rates are available. Please contact your
Resource Manager for assistance.
- We will send notification when the
new rate is available in the system.
- Routine rate changes will be effective July 16, 2018 or later.
