WSR 18-12-110 on WAC 388-823-0025, 388-823-0050 

The department is proposing to amend WAC 388-823-0025 “Who can apply for DDA eligibility determination?” and WAC 388-823-0050 “For DDA eligibility, who is considered to be a resident of the state of Washington?”

WSR 18-12-065 on sections in Chapter 388-828 WAC 

The Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) is amending these rules to align DDA’s current Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) with the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities’ (AAIDD’s) latest version of the Supports Intensity Scale – Adult Version (SIS–A).

WSR 18-12-108 on Chapter 388-826 WAC and WAC 388-845-1515 

The department is proposing to create new sections and amend and repeal existing sections in chapter 388-826 WAC “Voluntary Placement Program”, and amend WAC 388-845-1515 “Are there limits to the residential habilitation services I can receive?”
