Developmental Disabilities Administration Update

Dear Supported Living, Group Home and Group Training Home providers,

Effective July 1, 2018, any Cost of Care Adjustment or Residential Allowance Request submitted outside of policy deadlines will not be approved. Exceptions may be granted for exceptional circumstances with a detailed written justification of why it was delayed.

Per DDA Policy 6.02:

Providers will complete form DSHS 06-124, Cost of Care Adjustment Request, within 30 days of a client being away from services.

Per DDA Policy 6.11:

Service providers will submit Residential Allowance Requests within 90 days of service month.
