State Plan on Aging Survey
The Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) needs your help.
Surveyors are asking older adults, adults with
disabilities, caregivers, interested citizens and persons who provide paid
services to share their views on the needs and main concerns of older state
residents and persons with disabilities.
The confidential information provided will help ALTSA plan services, and develop a State Plan on Aging for 2018 – 2022.
