Update: ProviderOne deducting incorrect client responsibility amount

This is an update to information that was shared in the February 2026 ProviderOne Social Services Newsletter regarding ProviderOne deducting the incorrect amount of client responsibility from January/February 2026 claims.

The Health Care Authority (HCA) has resolved the issue and impacted claims will be automatically adjusted the week of 3/9/2026.

Refunds for over-deductions or overpayments for under-deductions will be processed automatically. No provider action is needed. Corrections will appear on the March 13, 2026 remittance advice.
