Requesting Provider input: ProviderOne for Social Services billing guides
DSHS and HCA are collaborating to improve the ProviderOne social services billing guides and resources to ensure that our providers are paid in an accurate and timely manner.
At this time we are specifically looking for feedback related to the billing guides posted on the HCA ProviderOne for Social Services website (https://www.hca.wa.gov/billers-providers-partners/providerone/providerone-social-services)
Once we have updated the current resources we would like to expand our support materials in other formats and will be asking for input at a later time about what would be the most helpful.
