Summary of changes effective 4/29/2023:

Additional claims fields for Social Service non-medical claims related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Third Party Liability (TPL).These new fields do not require data to be entered at this time.
You will be able to view Social Service Authorization Letter regardless of your preferred communication method. Previously these letters were only available to providers if the selected communication preference was physical mail.
The contact information for the authorizing worker will show their email address, the worker's phone number will no longer be listed in the Authorization table.

New EVV and TPL field Impact to claims submitted after 11:59p Friday April 28th:

For Direct Data Entry and Template Batch Billing: verify your claims screens reflect the new fields. These new fields do not require information at this time.

For Batch Upload billing (.dat file string): verify your template accounts for the new fields resulting in a total of 32 carets (^) and 1 tilde (~). You need to add the additional caret but the field does not require information.
