Changes are coming to ProviderOne September 18th, 2020
DSHS is hosting a webinar to provide an overview of changes that are coming to ProviderOne effective 9/18/2020.
DSHS initiated a change request to the Social Service Provider Portal to increase efficiencies for Social Service providers with how they submit and manage social service claims and monitor authorizations.
- For all social service provider types there will be changes to the column headers when viewing your authorization list.
- For social service only providers there are also changes to the column headers on the Claim Inquiry Screeen and an option to opt-in to access an electronic version of your RA.
- For social service medical providers there are no changes to your claim inquiry screen or RA.

You should also contact the authorizing worker if there is an error on the authorization service line.
