SR 11 maintenance paving near Larrabee State Park near Bellingham planned Tuesday, Aug. 11

BELLINGHAM – Two daytime maintenance paving projects are planned on State Route SR 11/Chuckanut Drive near Larrabee State Park south of Bellingham starting Tuesday, Aug. 11.

What to expect

  • From 8 to 11:30 m. Tuesday, Aug. 11 traffic in both directions will alternate with flaggers just south of Larrabee State Park (MP 13).
  • From noon to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, traffic in both directions will alternate with flaggers near Governor’s Rock (MP 12).

This work needs dry weather, and one or more nights may be rescheduled if rain is forecast.

People traveling in the area should plan for delays, use caution in the lane closures and do their part to keep the road crew safe by slowing down and removing distractions.
