ANACORTES – All lanes of State Route 20/North Cascades Highway are blocked at Deception Pass (milepost 42) near Anacortes Friday morning, Aug 7, due to a collision.
Emergency crews are on scene. There is no time estimate for reopening. People should expect delays in the area and seek alternate routes.
