SR 9 fully blocked near Hoogdal Road north of Sedro-Woolley Saturday night, Feb. 14, due to a collision

SEDRO-WOOLEY - All lanes of State Route 9 are blocked at Hoogdal Road (milepost 60) north of Sedro-Woolley due to a collision. 

Emergency crews are on the scene. There is no estimated time to reopen the highway.  

People should expect delays in the area and take alternate routes.
