Southbound I-5 lane, ramps closed overnight Nov. 2-7, between Blaine and Ferndale for construction
FERNDALE – Southbound Interstate 5 will have overnight lane and ramp closures between State Route 543 Truck Route (milepost 275) in Blaine and the Nooksack River Bridge (milepost 263) in Ferndale beginning Sunday, Nov. 2.
Nightly, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday night, Nov. 2 to Friday morning, Nov. 7 contractor crews will close one lane of southbound I-5 between SR 543 Truck Route and the Nooksack River Bridge. The Portal Way to southbound I-5 on-ramp and the southbound I-5 to Portal Way off-ramp will also close.
Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will work on road improvements in support of the southbound I-5 Nooksack River to Blaine paving project.
