I-5 lanes closed overnight Oct. 12-17, in Ferndale for paving project
FERNDALE – Both directions of Interstate 5 will have overnight lane closures between Portal Way (milepost 263) and Grandview Road (milepost 265) beginning Sunday, Oct. 12, in Ferndale.
Closure details
- From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly, Sunday, Oct. 12, to Friday morning, Oct. 17, the left lane of southbound I-5 will close.
- From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly, Monday, Oct. 13, to Friday morning, Oct. 17, the left lane of northbound I-5 will close.
Contractor crews working for the Washington State Department of Transportation will repave the roadway and install cable barriers in support of the southbound I-5 Nooksack River to Blaine paving project.
