UPDATE: All lanes on State Route 525 have reopened north of Freeland on Whidbey Island.
SR 525 fully blocked north of Freeland on Whidbey Island due to an incident
FREELAND – All lanes on State Route 525 are blocked between Larson Road and Christenson Road north of Freeland on Whidbey Island due to an incident.
A detour is in place using Christenson Road, Old County Road and Larson Road.
There is no estimated time for reopening all lanes on SR 525.
People traveling in the area should use alternate routes and expect delays.
