Portage Bay Project’s Community Construction Management Plan available for review and comment by Aug. 8

We worked with our contractor, Skanska, to update the draft Community Construction Management Plan (CCMP). The CCMP outlines how Skanska will address and minimize construction effects for neighborhood residences and historic properties. In the CCMP, you'll find:

  • What neighbors can expect during construction.
  • What practices Skanska will follow to minimize effects.
  • How Skanska will avoid or reduce construction effects on homes and historic properties.

Review the draft Community Construction Management Plan here.

We value the opportunity to gather feedback from you and our project partners on the draft CCMP. Please take a moment to read the draft CCMP and share your feedback by submitting a comment by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, August 8. Your feedback will inform the final version of the CCMP.
