I-5 Bow Hill rest areas to close for maintenance May 20-21 north of Burlington
BURLINGTON – Both directions of the Interstate 5 Bow Hill safety rest areas will close next week for scheduled maintenance.
Closure details:
- From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, May 20, the northbound I-5 Bow Hill safety rest area will close.
- From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, the southbound I-5 Bow Hill safety rest area will close.
During the closure Washington State Department of Transportation crews will perform septic tank maintenance and inspections.
An update will be provided once the rest area reopens. People can find other rest areas on the WSDOT website.
People can receive real-time roadway information via the WSDOT mobile app or the real-time travel map.
