We want to provide you with information about a one-time test that will take place next week.
Our vaccine distributor McKesson will be conducting a one-time test of the UPS Auto-Pickup process for EcoFlex cooler returns with shipments departing on this Monday 8/3/26 and expected to be delivered on Tuesday 8/4/26.
UPS will automatically schedule pickup of selected empty EcoFlex coolers that were delivered on 8/4/26 within 1-2 business days, eliminating the need for providers to request a pickup manually. These test shipments will not include the usual return labels that are typically included with EcoFlex coolers.
Additional important information:
- This is a one-time test only and does not represent a permanent change to the current cooler return process.
- Ensure all vaccine products have been removed from the cooler prior to UPS pickup.
- If UPS is unable to complete the initial pickup, up to three automatic pickup reattempts will be made.
- If the cooler has not been picked up after the reattempts, please contact McKesson Customer Service for assistance.
